Our Artist of the Week is Broken Colours.
Hailing from High Wycombe, Broken Colours are a four-piece indie outfit taking cues from a wide-reaching mix of influences, from Jamiroquai to Arctic Monkeys. Led by charismatic frontman Tony Goff, they burst onto the scene in 2016 and have shared the stage with the likes of The Blockheads, Jake Bugg and The Zutons, honing a dynamic, must-see live show along the way.
Our featured track this week, ‘Now or Never’, is a funk-infused blend of indie rock and pop punk. Tony’s vocal delivery is emotive and urgent, highlighting lyrics that tackle breaking past hesitations. It’s a real call to action against stagnation. The chorus is a total standout: it’s catchy, full of energy, and you can imagine crowds singing their hearts out.

Tony explains: “‘Now or Never’ is a special one for us. The whole process of Umar and myself coming up with this in our little studio, then flying to America to record it, is surreal in itself. That whole process is a good example of the meaning of the song: chase your dreams, take risks.”
