Our Artist of the Week is Georgia Reed.
Georgia Reed is not your typical alt-pop artist. With an ethereal voice that seems to linger in the air long after the music fades, Reed has released her debut EP, ‘Haunted’.
At the heart of Reed’s music is a sense of raw honesty and vulnerability, both of which are on full display in her focus track, ‘Truth’. Written during a period of self-discovery and reflection, ‘Truth’ explores the complexities of newfound independence with haunting instrumentals and Reed’s signature velvety vocals.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Reed took the reins of her EP’s production, recording vocals at home and collaborating with producer James Newhouse via Zoom. The result is a collection of songs that feel deeply personal and intimate, yet are universal in their themes.
James Newhouse and mixer Sean Cook lent their expertise to the project, helping to shape the sound of ‘Haunted’ into something truly special. With credits that include working with the likes of Roger Waters and Hozier, it’s clear that Reed is in good company.
