‘Artist Of The Week’ this week comes from Kartel Music Group in the shape of Drongo.

‘Miami’ is the debut single from Isle Of Wight-based duo Drongo. Creating a huge sound with minimal instrumentation, joining catchy vocal melodies with infectious riffs, the track is a grungy skater anthem. Described by Clash Magazine as a “beautiful abrasive sound”, the track has been making waves at radio following plays at BBC Introduing, BBC 6 Music and being added to the playlist at Amazing Radio, who described it as “an absolutely fantastic mix of lo-fi noise and delicate hooks”.
