Artist Of The Week: Grace Gillespie
Our Artist Of The Week this time round is Grace Gillespie. Originally from Devon, this London-based artist, producer and songwriter has a beautifully haunting voice, with melancholic and delicate production to match. Using layered vocals to create choral soundscapes built on sparse echo-drenched guitars to elevate from a purely “folk” sound, Grace’s music sits comfortably alongside Bright Eyes, Regina Spektor and some of Bon Iver’s early works.
